Early Bird Discounts

Current ABC members as you sign into your account your discount will automatically be taken, you do not need the code above. $300 member discount until November 15, 2024 at MIDNIGHT.

Starting November 16, 2024, until December 31, 2024, there is a $200 member discount that will be applied.

 

THREE DAY ACCESS (IN PERSON):

$995 = THREE (3) Day In-Person Experience; includes interactive Sessions Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday along with lunch and breakfast for Tuesday & Wednesday, Welcome Party Cocktail Reception Monday Night, SWAG, and much more! The Closing Celebration on Wednesday is separate. Sunday evenings Shelby’s Fireside Chat and President’s Dinner are by invitation only.

PAYMENT PLAN:

Accepting the payment plan option, the registrant is agreeing to (4) equal automatic payments to include a one-time $25.00 transaction fee.

Missed payments during a billing cycle are automatically added to the next month’s payment and will incur a $25 missed payment fee.

Payments made during the payment plan are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future conference date. If you decide not to attend the conference after accepting the payment plan, payment is still due in full.

The payment plan is only for 3-day access pass tickets.

No payment plans are available after June 1, 2025.

SINGLE DAY IN-PERSON TICKETS AVAILABLE:

  • You choose the day you want to attend the conference.

  • Discounts are NOT applicable for “One-Day/Single Day tickets.

  • Single Day tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to a new date.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future conference date. However, with written notification, You can transfer your ticket to another attendee before October 1, 2025.

  • Late fees of $25 will be applied for each missed payment.

  • DISCOUNTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO SINGLE-DAY TICKETS.

  • Transportation to and from the airport is at the attendee’s discretion.

STUDENT DISCOUNTS:

 CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:

Certificate of Attendance will be provided to attendees with proof of hours of educational learning.

 

CANCELLATIONS & LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Registration balances not paid by the due dates will incur a $25 late fee for each date missed. Due to our large, contractual commitment to the host property, no deposit refunds will be given, for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All registrations include non-refundable payments. No refunds for no-shows.

The Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel

Our AAA Four Diamond hotel offers an unrivaled riverside location in New Orleans' central business district. We're a block from Harrah's Casino and within a mile of the French Quarter, Jackson Square, and the Aquarium of the Americas.

Costs are as follows: Single/Double Room: $259 per night; Triple $289 and Quad $319 per night. Please only book through the link above to receive the group rates. Your card will be charged by the hotel upon your arrival. Rates do not include tax. Payment does not need to be made to reserve your room. You can pay upfront or upon arrival.

Reservations with the hotel should be made by June 30, 2025.
