Can’t exhibit at the trade show but want to market your company to our members?  With the “Booth in Bag”, one marketing piece showcasing your product/service will be inserted in each attendee conference bag.  (You are responsible for shipping the marketing piece to the hotel to arrive on Nov. 1)

Cancellation Policy: For all booths, due to our commitment to the hotel space, no refunds for any reason after June 30, 2022.

Lodging Policy: Due to our volume room block purchase, which helps create this affordable pricing, all Conference attendees and Exhibitors must lodge at the ABC conference property.
